Main responsibilities:
- Communication with external clients via phone and e-mail
- Manage client orders and follow up on the outcome
- Handle documentation necessary for our clients to have a smooth and easy onboarding
- Supervision of the monthly billing cycle
- Handling incoming client claims and feedback
- Register new clients after the Sales Team scores a contract
- Inform our clients about various updates that they need to be aware of
- Keep a good relationship with both internal and external clients
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Required skills:
- Close to native in Serbian or Croatian language
- Fluent English knowledge
- Computer literacy: MS Office skills
- Good problem-solving skills
Advantages:
- Experience in logistics/freight forwarding is an advantage
- French or Italian language knowledge is an advantage
