The beginning: the founding of Karrier Hungária

There are 15 of us now! We are growing every year, and as a Hungarian company, we have become one of the top 5 agencies!
2012
We have many new contracts, we outgrew the office, and moved to the Madách Trade Center!
2015
The company has 40 employees, all our divisions are flourishing, we found jobs for 500+ people, and we are in the top 3! We started with an RPO division.
2017
It's a great year! We have entered the senior executive search market! Our CEO, Gabriella Ruff, was nominated for Business Manager of the Year.
2018
We finally have 2 boys on the team! And we're having another super year! September was a record month!
2019
We have successfully placed more than 2000 candidates in the SSC branch in the last 12 years!
2019
We had the highest annual turnover as a Hungarian recruitment company in 2019, according to BBJ.
2019
We became the first company in the country to win the ATLAS Award for companies with outstanding business ethics.
2020
We continued to operate from home office with the same efficiency and cohesion. We refuse to be outsmarted by COVID.
2020
Based on BBJ turnover numbers, the Karrier Group is again the largest Hungarian-owned recruitment agency.
2021
The baby boom continues. We now have more than 20 "Karrier" children.
2021
New office :) We didn't go far: #dailybasilica has been replaced by the #dailysynagogue. We won the "Family Friendly Workplace" award for the second time.
2022
Our Managing Director, Gabriella Ruff, was chosen "Female Manager of the Year!" We won a special prize in the " Great Place to Work" competition.
2022
We have achieved Dun and Bradstreet's "AAA" credit rating, which is available to less than 0.5% of Hungarian companies, and only the most reliable companies can hold this rating.
2023
Hungarian Business Awards - We won the HR Consultancy Grand Prix. We have been nominated for an international award, the Small Business Award 2023.

We won a new SSC recruitment project with an exclusive contract!
2024
Record results in executive search in January.

We successfully closed a 2-year RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) assignment with client satisfaction.

We participated in the joint campaign of the Hungarian Managers Association and UNICEF.
