The Head of Marketing will develop and execute all local marketing activities based on an annual plan aligned with international and local business objectives. The role is responsible for implementing marketing strategies, overseeing communication efforts, and supporting local and international business growth. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop the Local Marketing Plan by evaluating and prioritizing activities based on consumer relevance and sales impact, aligning with international marketing requirements, and obtaining final approval from management.
  • Implement the Approved Marketing Plan by coordinating with local agencies and stakeholders for campaign execution, ensuring adherence to international design standards and guidelines, overseeing media offerings, managing marketing material rollouts, monitoring the local marketing budget, and ensuring smooth execution of relevant processes.
  • Manage Local Online Communication by maintaining and updating customer-oriented websites, exchanging best practices, and monitoring the efficiency of digital marketing investments.
  • Contribute to Product and Service Improvement by consolidating customer feedback, providing suggestions to enhance product offerings, and sharing insights with relevant departments to refine services.
  • Manage Consumer Communication by evaluating customer feedback through loyalty programs and surveys, and collaborating with research institutes for customer surveys.
  • Produce and Manage POS Materials by developing and managing local point-of-sale materials in line with marketing plans, and ensuring consistent placement and quality control of materials.
  • Lead and Develop the Marketing Team by identifying team development needs, implementing training measures, conducting regular performance appraisals, and fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international marketing practices.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in team leadership and development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online content management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing budgets and external communications.
  • Fluent English language knowledge.
