Main responsibilities:
- Processing bank statements and payments
- Reconciling data from processing to accounting system
- Debtor payment requests
- Remitting back commissions
- Providing weekly local reports
- Managing dunning and cash collection
- Assisting with invoicing
- Creating cash-in forecasts
- Documenting and improving processes
- Month- and year-end closing activities
- Supporting merchant commission matters
- Delivering detailed reports on commission activities
- Handling SOX controls and audits
- Reconciling merchant commission and marketing compensation
- Preparing commission reports
- Validating incoming invoices for merchant commission
Required skills:
- Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounting principles
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of AR-related SOX controls
- 2-4 years AR experience, preferably in an SSC
- Advantageous to have Cash Application experience
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Fluent in English
