As a Client Support Specialist for the Italian market, you will play an important role in providing a high-quality customer experience and finding effective solutions to customer needs.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, including accurate processing of orders and documentation
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing timely updates and handling inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer issues end-to-end, from initial report to full closure
- Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams
- Support the Sales team during occasional client visits and selected marketing activities
- Collect and report customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
- Ensure accurate administration of customer data, orders, and documentation
Required skills:
- Close to native Italian language skills and fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with a structured approach and respect for procedures
- Confident user of MS Office
