In this role, you will work across countries and functions, gain broad exposure to workforce and HR cost management, and directly support corporate-level decision-making within an international and continuously growing organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive the development and standardization of HR controlling processes across international entities
- Manage headcount planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare consolidated HR cost reports, analyses and management dashboards
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce and HR cost trends to support business decisions
- Work closely with international HR and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting
- Identify improvement opportunities and support cross-functional HR and Finance projects
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR controlling, FP&A or financial controlling
- Good understanding of HR processes, workforce costs and key HR metrics
- Strong Excel skills and confident analytical capabilities
- Fluent English and confidence in working with international stakeholders
- Structured, proactive and hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership
