Main responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs across multiple countries, including health insurance, pension and other benefits.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide professional, timely and employee-focused support.
  • Reconcile benefit-related invoices and payment submissions, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Work closely with payroll teams to provide the necessary benefits information and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Cooperate with external benefits, payroll and fleet service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support regional benefits harmonization projects, annual reviews and the implementation of changes with brokers and service providers.
  • Coordinate and administer fleet-related processes across the European region, including car ordering, renewals and leaver processes.
  • Act as the main contact for employees regarding fleet-related questions and coordinate requests with the fleet provider.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy and high-quality service while identifying process improvements and resolving operational issues.

Required skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, employee benefits or a similar service-oriented role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused, proactive, and approachable attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, international environment.

Advantages:

  • Experience with Workday or another HR/ticketing system is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of an additional European language such as German, Polish, Swedish, Romanian or Spanish is a plus.
