Main responsibilities:
- Maintain technical drawings, site documentation, infrastructure records and operational data.
- Coordinate infrastructure changes, relocations, planned works and decommissioning activities.
- Manage supplier, contract, asset, cost and budget-related information.
- Support procurement and financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices, supplier onboarding and budget tracking.
- Act as a key contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, following requests and issues through to resolution.
- Coordinate site access permissions for suppliers, customers and authorised personnel.
- Monitor supplier performance, service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate technical infrastructure support services such as security, fire protection, cleaning and other facilities-related activities.
- Collect and analyse operational, financial and energy consumption data and prepare reports.
- Maintain documentation required for audits, compliance, governance and operational reporting.
Required skills:
- Experience in technical administration, facilities, infrastructure, site coordination or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with databases or business systems.
- Experience with suppliers, procurement, contracts, budgets, purchase orders or invoices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in telecommunications, data centres, technical infrastructure, facilities or property management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of building infrastructure such as electrical power, HVAC, cooling or fire protection is advantageous.
- German and English language skills are required.
