We are looking for an experienced AP Accountant to join an SSC on a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, supplier account management, payment preparation, and reconciliations. Main responsibilities:
- Process and code supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals
- Manage supplier accounts, statements, queries, and creditor ledger maintenance
- Prepare, execute, and reconcile supplier payments
- Perform regular bank account reconciliations
- Process and review employee and corporate credit card expenses
- Support month-end/year-end closing, reporting, and audit activities
- Analyze costs and prepare relevant financial reports
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Support ad-hoc finance tasks and projects in a fast-paced international environment
- Work across multiple ledgers while ensuring high standards of organization, diligence, and compliance
Required skills:
- 2–3 years of proven Accounts Payable experience
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
- Good understanding of core financial processes
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
- Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, international team
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative approach
Advantages:
