Main responsibilities:
- Define and lead architecture strategy for large-scale transformation and technology modernisation initiatives.
- Develop target-state architectures, migration approaches and transition strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and business stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Lead technology POCs/POVs and support the adoption of new technologies and solutions.
- Ensure effective integration, interoperability and scalability across complex enterprise environments.
- Contribute to architecture governance and quality assurance.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation, AI and emerging technologies.
- Communicate architecture vision, recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
Required skills:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Solutions Architect.
- Proven Enterprise Architecture experience in large, complex organisations.
- Strong Software/System Architecture and engineering background.
- Experience with large-scale business transformation, platform modernisation and migration.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience leading POCs/POVs and providing technical leadership during implementation.
- Knowledge of TOGAF or a comparable Enterprise Architecture framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement.
- Pragmatic approach with the ability to balance strategic direction and practical delivery.
