Are you an experienced Master Data professional who enjoys taking ownership and improving processes? Would you like to use your German language skills in an international shared service environment?
We are looking for a Senior Master Data Specialist with around 4 years of relevant Master Data experience to join a great team.
Main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Master Data processes as the team’s senior subject matter expert
- Process, maintain and validate Master Data
- Review and execute Master Data change requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Identify recurring data issues and contribute to their resolution
- Participate in Master Data clean-up and data quality improvement initiatives
- Support MDM-related projects and process improvements
- Analyse Master Data-related issues across different processes and markets and suggest practical improvements
- Ensure compliance with Master Data governance principles, standards and processes
- Prepare ad hoc reports and data analyses when needed
- Collaborate closely with other departments and international stakeholders
- Contribute to the further development and standardisation of Master Data processes within the SSC
Required skills:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Master Data / Master Data Management
- Experience with customer and/or vendor master data
- Good understanding of Master Data processes, data quality and governance
- At least strong intermediate German and advanced level English skills
- Good SAP knowledge
- Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas and improve existing processes
- A university/college degree is an advantage, but relevant professional experience is also highly valued
Advantages:

- Experience working with SAP Master Data is preferred
