We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join a dynamic European legal team supporting the DACH and CEER region. In this role, you will provide legal support for commercial contracts and business initiatives, with a primary focus on German-speaking markets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, helping the business navigate legal risks while enabling commercial success.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead legal support on complex commercial contracts and high-value customer transactions.
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Advise on legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the European Legal team on a variety of legal matters, including commercial issues, disputes, product launches and new business initiatives.
- Support governance, compliance and risk management activities.
- Build strong relationships with business teams and become a trusted legal advisor.
Required skills:
- Qualified lawyer with relevant commercial legal experience.
- Professional proficiency in German and English.
- Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- German legal knowledge is preferred
- Experience in an international, technology or telecommunications environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
- Interest in legal technology and AI tools is considered a plus.
