Main responsibilities:
- Generate and issue customer invoices (T&M and Contracts), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain customer account information and support finance administration, reporting, and data management activities.
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer billing inquiries and resolve billing-related issues.
- Manage and maintain invoicing records and prepare regular billing and financial reports.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including account reconciliations.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, cash pooling activities, intercompany settlements, and netting processes.
- Support KYC requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues and support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and promote best practices across finance operations.
- Provide guidance on contractual and financial terms and their impact on business profitability.
Required skills:
- Higher education degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Good understanding of billing processes, including invoice creation, corrections, and credit notes.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics (D365/Navision), or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data and invoices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when investigating billing discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills for working with customers, field teams, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English skills, with additional languages considered an advantage
