Main responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the implementation and application of IFRS standards, including IFRS conversion and transition projects.
- Support the preparation and enhancement of financial reporting, management reporting, controlling, and accounting processes.
- Assist clients in implementing new accounting and financial reporting regulations and regulatory changes.
- Provide accounting advisory services related to M&A transactions, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, and financial due diligence projects.
- Analyze complex accounting issues and develop practical, business-focused solutions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with clients throughout project delivery.
Required skills:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or accounting advisory.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Hungarian Accounting Standards.
- Experience with financial reporting, accounting process improvements, or transaction-related projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
