Join the leadership team of a brand-new Shared Service Center in Budapest!
We are building a new Shared Service Center in Budapest to support the EMEA region of a global manufacturing company. This is a unique opportunity to join at the very beginning and play a key role in shaping processes, building teams, and establishing best practices from day one.
We are looking for an experienced PTP Process Owner / Tower Lead who will not only own the Procure-to-Pay process but also lead the PTP organization, driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple countries.
Main responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process across the EMEA region.
- Lead the PTP Tower, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Define and implement global PTP standards, governance, policies, and controls.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects to optimize efficiency, increase touchless processing, and reduce exceptions.
- Establish KPIs, governance routines, and performance management frameworks.
- Build, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing PTP team.
Required skills:
- Previous experience as a PTP Process Owner, Global Process Owner, or similar leadership role.
- People management experience is a must.
- Proven track record in driving process standardization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
- Strong can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
