Our partner is a well-established international organisation operating in a dynamic and complex business environment. As part of an ambitious team within a highly innovative NaaS (Network as a Service) Hub, you'll play a key role in shaping scalable operational processes and ensuring new platform capabilities are successfully brought to life. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, you'll help bridge the gap between product innovation and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement across the service lifecycle. 

Main responsibilities:

  •  Design and improve end-to-end operational processes and service journeys
  •  Create clear process documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge articles 
  •  Identify process gaps and implement practical, scalable improvements 
  •  Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to optimise workflows 
  •  Lead operational readiness activities for new product launches and feature releases (NaaS Platform)
  •  Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) 
  •  Own the product feedback process
  •  Develop lightweight operational tools and workflow solutions where automation is not yet available 
  •  Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required skills:

  •  5+ years of experience in Process Design, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence
  •  Experience working within technology, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or platform businesses 
  •  Strong process mapping and workflow design skills (BPMN or similar) 
  •  Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills 
  •  Ability to create practical, user-friendly documentation 
  •  Comfortable working in fast-changing, innovative environments where processes continue to evolve

Advantages:

  •  Knowledge of ITIL principles 
  •  Experience with low-code/no-code tools or basic scripting 
  •  Background in transitioning manual operations to automated workflows 
  •  Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for workflow automation and operational reporting
