Our partner is a dynamic and growing Shared Service Center (SSC) delivering high-quality financial and operational support across multiple regions. As part of their continued expansion, they are strengthening their AP function and are looking for an AP Accountant. In this role, you will play a key part in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, supporting process improvements, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage daily AP operations including master data, invoice processing, payments, corrections, and closing activities 
  • Verify and process invoices in line with internal policies and procedures 
  • Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational guidelines 
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues efficiently 
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and maintain professional supplier relationships 
  • Provide high-quality customer and supplier support 
  • Maintain and regularly update process documentation and work instructions

Required skills:

  • 1+ years of AP accounting experience 
  • Strong English skills
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field 
  • Continuous improvement & quality mindset with strong customer focus 
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented working style 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • Enthusiastic about building and supporting a new Shared Service Center
