 We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Support Specialist with intermediate Danish language skills to provide customer support when remote solutions are not possible and ensure smooth coordination with field technicians. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Managed escalated customer cases requiring field support
  • Coordinated field technicians’ schedules, assignments, and customer visits
  • Communicated with customers regarding service appointments and updates
  • Ensured proper documentation and quality of field interventions
  • Collaborated with Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues
  • Supported Level 1 customer service activities when needed

Required skills:

  • Proficient in English and Danish
  • Customer service or field coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CRM/service management experience is a plus
