Main responsibilities:
- Lead all international tax activities across the organization
- Build, lead, and develop the International Tax team while collaborating closely with regional finance teams and Group Tax colleagues
- Take overall responsibility for international tax compliance
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies that support business growth
- Own and continuously improve the organization's international transfer pricing framework
- Manage tax audits, disputes, and controversies, including negotiations and settlements with tax authorities
Required skills:
- Strong expertise in international tax compliance, planning and principles
- Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
- Knowledge of international tax principles
- Ability to deal with tax authorities on complex examinations
- People management skills
- Fluent English
