Main responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract professionals
  • Allocate workload and oversee daily team operations and governance activities
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and execution support
  • Act as the main escalation point for complex contractual issues and stakeholder queries
  • Collaborate with legal, commercial, sales, and operational teams on complex opportunities
  • Drive governance, compliance, risk management, and process excellence across the team
  • Review and improve contract templates, processes, and best practices
  • Support strategic projects, product launches, and business initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery

Required skills:

  • Previous people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong background in contract management, commercial operations, or bid management
  • Experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of governance and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
  • Fluent English communication skills
