Main responsibilities:

  • Validate commercial contract details and ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Review contract terms, approvals, variations, and supporting documentation
  • Perform company and customer data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and issue contract documents and support execution processes
  • Identify errors, gaps, and inconsistencies and coordinate necessary corrections
  • Manage contract-related requests, track progress, and ensure timely completion
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract processes, governance, and requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of contract templates and operational processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk management, and audit requirements

Required skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in contract management, contract operations, or a similar field
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
