Main responsibilities:
- Manage contract requests, track progress, follow up on actions, and ensure timely completion of contractual activities
- Support the preparation, drafting, review, and approval of contracts, amendments, and related documents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including legal, commercial, product, and operational teams
- Review contractual requirements, identify risks, and ensure necessary approvals are obtained
- Support contract negotiations with customers, document negotiation points, and maintain accurate records
- Provide guidance and advice regarding contract processes, governance, compliance, and contractual requirements
- Assist with customer proposals, tenders, and commercial bid activities
- Monitor contract-related milestones, compliance requirements, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve contract templates, processes, and operational efficiency
- Support stakeholder management across different teams and act as a point of contact for contract-related queries
Required skills:
- Previous experience in contract management, contract operations
- Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and review
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to work with customer-focused solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance processes
- Ability to work independently in an international, cross-functional environment
- Fluent English communication skills
