Main responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities related to the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Process and maintain customer orders, including updates and changes 
  • Support quote-to-order activities, contract-related processes, and pricing validation 
  • Ensure accurate customer master data and payment term management 
  • Coordinate stock availability, batch allocation, and order confirmations 
  • Handle invoicing issues and support credit-related requests 
  • Act as a key contact point for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle 
  • Manage complaints, exceptions, and operational challenges efficiently 
  • Monitor service levels, prepare reports, and escalate deviations when needed 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects

Required skills:

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal professional experience 
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills (written and spoken) 
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Salesforce, or similar digital tools 
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset 
  • Interest in process improvement and digital solutions 

Advantages:

  • Experience with OTC processes is an advantage 
  • Experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Management 
  • FMCG or supply chain experience is an advantage
