Main responsibilities:
- Lead complex bids and commercial proposals from qualification through submission
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and commercial model
- Manage risks, governance requirements, and bid delivery timelines
- Collaborate with solution, legal, finance, and sales teams to create winning proposals
- Support contract negotiations and stakeholder engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous process improvement
Required skills:
- 2+ years of Bid Management, Proposal Management, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Working hour: 2pm to 10 pm
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technology, telecommunications, or professional services industry experience is an advantage
