
Are you passionate about optimizing processes and driving operational excellence? As an OTC Process Expert, you will play a key role in shaping and improving end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
Main responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process area and support the implementation of approved improvement projects.
• Manage and monitor the O2C improvement, automation, and system enhancement portfolio, providing regular updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through automation, digitalization, and system developments.
• Maintain and validate process documentation, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support audit activities.
• Analyze and resolve complex operational issues while ensuring adherence to service levels, policies, and procedures.
• Support KPI definition, performance monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to strengthen business relationships and drive change initiatives.
• Contribute to process- and system-related projects, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
• Deliver high-quality customer-focused support while promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Participate in training programs and perform additional responsibilities as required.

Required skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) area, or 4+ years of relevant operational experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes and related financial operations.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Solid experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proven track record in process improvement, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, take ownership, and drive corrective actions.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus and a commitment to delivering results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
