
We are seeking an experienced finance leader to lead our partner's Global Corporate Services Controlling function. This role combines strategic business partnering, senior team leadership, and finance transformation in a complex international environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end controlling activities for Global Corporate Services and transversal cost areas
- Drive group-wide cost transparency, efficiency, standardization, and financial performance
- Act as a trusted business partner to Global Function Heads and senior leadership stakeholders
- Deliver executive-level reporting, analysis, and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Own and continuously improve functional cost controlling systems, processes, and governance
- Support SAP S/4HANA and Planning & Reporting implementation projects
- Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced controlling professionals
- Strengthen the talent pipeline and elevate organizational capabilities within the controlling function
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while ensuring operational excellence
Required skills:
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
- 12+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Budgeting, or Management Reporting within multinational organizations
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- HQ and multi-country business experience
- Strong SAP and functional cost controlling background
- Experience with SAP implementations is an advantage
- Audit background is a strong plus
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
