We're looking for an experienced L3 IT Support professional with a strong Service Desk background, solid ITIL knowledge, and expertise in Windows, networking, and database environments.
In this role, you'll be the highest escalation point for complex incidents, working closely with international teams and driving the resolution of business-critical issues.

Main responsibilities:
• Provide 3rd-level IT support and resolve complex technical incidents mainly via the ticketing system.
• Analyse incidents and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with service providers to enhance systems and processes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and business partners to deliver effective support.
• Identify risks, issues, and technical bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
• Prepare and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Required skills:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3rd Level IT Support, resolving complex technical issues in an enterprise environment.
• ITIL certification
• Strong technical expertise in Windows environments, WLAN/networking technologies, and database management systems.
• Experience working within a Service Desk environment, with a solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions through to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Business fluency in German and English
