We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our fintech client’s growing team in Budapest, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategy aligned with business goals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage performance review processes and support talent development programs.
  • Monitor workforce planning and organizational development needs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services 


Required skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Professional HR certification is considered an advantage
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills in an international environment.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting HR data and metrics.
  • Passionate, dedicated, and results-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective and proactive individual with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English.
