We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist to join a global organization’s Shared Service Center. The team supports end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations for internal business units across multiple countries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, customer-focused operations, and working in an international environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • End-to-end order management (order entry, processing, amendments)
  • Handling customer requests and issue resolution
  • Coordinating order fulfillment with supply chain and logistics teams
  • Supporting invoicing and basic credit/debit-related activities
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order data in ERP systems
  • Managing complaints, returns, and service-related queries
  • Ensuring SLA compliance and operational accuracy
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across markets

Required skills:

  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills
  • 2+ years of experience in OTC / Order Management / Customer Service
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
