
We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist to join a global organization’s Shared Service Center. The team supports end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations for internal business units across multiple countries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, customer-focused operations, and working in a fast-paced international environment.
Main responsibilities:
- End-to-end order management (order entry, processing, amendments)
- Handling customer requests and issue resolution
- Coordinating order fulfillment with supply chain and logistics teams
- Supporting invoicing and basic credit/debit-related activities
- Maintaining accurate customer and order data in ERP systems
- Managing complaints, returns, and service-related queries
- Ensuring SLA compliance and operational accuracy
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across markets
Required skills:
- Fluent English and fluent French
- 2+ years experience in OTC / Order Management / Customer Service
- Experience in SSC or FMCG environment is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
