We are looking for an Assistant Global Controller to support global financial controllership, US GAAP reporting, and audit readiness across multiple regions in a dynamic Shared Service Center environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Support global controllership and US GAAP financial reporting
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Support internal and external audit activities and audit readiness
- Assist in management reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Partner with FP&A on budgeting and cash flow planning
- Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Required skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or audit
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with close and audit processes in a multinational environment
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Strong English communication skills
