We are looking for a Process Automation Analyst to join an international finance support environment and contribute to process efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, the main focus will be supporting senior process improvement and automation specialists in developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation solutions across finance operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Support senior process improvement and automation experts in daily project activities and automation initiatives
- Identify and evaluate automation opportunities within finance-related processes
- Develop and implement automation solutions using VBA and other automation tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions
- Create documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
Required skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in process automation or process improvement
- Strong VBA knowledge is a must
- Advanced English communication skills are required
- Experience with tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, RPA, or similar solutions
- University degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field
- SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
