We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator with strong Swedish language skills to support customers when issues cannot be resolved remotely and coordinate field technicians to ensure quick and effective service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer issues escalated by the Customer Service team when problems cannot be solved remotely 
  • Dispatch field technicians promptly and efficiently to customer sites 
  • Coordinate technician schedules and work assignments 
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service visits and status updates 
  • Ensure service quality and proper documentation of field interventions 
  • Collaborate closely with the CSR team to resolve customer issues 
  • Support customer service tasks as needed, acting as a backup for Level 1 agents

Required skills:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or field coordination 
  •  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
  •  Decisive and confident personality, able to make quick decisions under pressure 
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  •  Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM or service management systems is a plus 
  • B2+ level Swedish and English skills
