
We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary EMEA IT Director to lead and evolve the regional IT support organization, driving operational excellence, service quality, and business-focused IT solutions across the EMEA region.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA IT support organization across multiple countries and time zones
- Oversee daily IT support operations, service prioritization, and operational efficiency
- Ensure high-quality IT service delivery, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement
- Act as senior escalation point for complex, business-critical incidents and technical issues
- rovide executive-level support to VIP and C-level stakeholders when required
- Drive process optimization, standardization, automation, and service enhancement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, user satisfaction, and overall service performance, providing insights to leadership
- Collaborate closely with global IT, infrastructure, and security teams
Required skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including significant leadership experience in international IT support or IT operations environments.
- Strong experience leading IT support operations in international, multi-country environments
- Proven people management and senior stakeholder management skills
- Solid technical background across end-user support, infrastructure, and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting executive-level and business-critical environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational excellence and long-term vision
