Main responsibilities:
- Help in German with IT-related questions and problems
- Handle support requests received via phone, email, chat, and web-based ticketing systems.
- Assist with hardware, software, and basic network issues (full technical training is provided, so prior experience is not a must-have).
- Work closely with other IT teams by escalating more complex issues when needed.
Required skills:
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, customer service, hospitality, administration, or other customer-focused roles is an advantage.
- Strong German language skills and a good command of English.
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented, problem-solving attitude.
