Main responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 IT issues while aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Manage incident and service request tickets across phone, email, chat, and web channels.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues (technical training is provided).
- Maintain clear, proactive communication and timely updates throughout the resolution process.
- Escalate complex incidents to appropriate support teams while ensuring seamless handover and follow-up.
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of relevant IT support or customer service experience
- Working proficiency in German and intermediate English skills
- Intermediate English and advanced German language skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving abilities and general technical aptitude
- Outstanding communication skills
