
Join an international team supporting payroll and employee benefits operations across multiple countries. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR/payroll professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and delivering excellent employee support in a dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across the region
- Process payroll-related inputs including leave payments and time & attendance data
- Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, tax-related submissions, and invoicing
- Manage payroll-related payments to authorities, pension providers, and benefits partners
- Handle employee queries related to pay and benefits with a strong service mindset
- Identify operational issues, support root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data protection
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations
Required skills:
- 3+ years experience in payroll, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- English proficiency
Advantages:
