We are looking for a motivated Billing Specialist to join our client’s team, a fast-growing international financial services company. If you have 0.5+ years of experience in billing in a multinational environment and enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, send your application!

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices across electronic and paper systems 
  • Maintain and update customer account data; support finance/admin tasks including data entry, filing, and reporting 
  • Act as second-level support for escalated billing queries, resolving complex invoice issues and complaints 
  • Maintain accurate billing records and produce regular reports, highlighting trends and issues 
  • Identify and implement improvements to invoicing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support month-end and year-end close processes 
  • Support and educate colleagues on contractual and financial aspects affecting billing and profitability

Required skills:

  • Higher education degree
  • Previous experience in invoicing or billing (0,5–1 years)
  • Proficiency in invoicing or ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines 
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes 
  • Customer-focused
