
We are looking for a motivated Billing Specialist to join our client’s team, a fast-growing international financial services company. If you have 0.5+ years of experience in billing in a multinational environment and enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, send your application!
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices across electronic and paper systems
- Maintain and update customer account data; support finance/admin tasks including data entry, filing, and reporting
- Act as second-level support for escalated billing queries, resolving complex invoice issues and complaints
- Maintain accurate billing records and produce regular reports, highlighting trends and issues
- Identify and implement improvements to invoicing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support month-end and year-end close processes
- Support and educate colleagues on contractual and financial aspects affecting billing and profitability
Required skills:
- Higher education degree
- Previous experience in invoicing or billing (0,5–1 years)
- Proficiency in invoicing or ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
