We are looking for a Customer Order Management Team Lead to join an international, dynamic environment. 
With experience in order fulfillment and customer care coordination, and a passion for leading teams and improving processes, this role offers stability and growth in a global organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and workload distribution within the Customer Care / Order Management team across Europe, ensuring efficient task allocation and high service levels.
  • Support and develop team members by coaching best practices and strengthening process and system knowledge. 
  • Handle team-related requests, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, and regular team alignment meetings.
  • Manage distributor and dealer account coverage planning, including scheduling, absences, remote work, and additional support.
  • Support daily order fulfillment activities, including coordination of meetings and related logistics.

Required skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Care Coordination (Order Fulfillment) or related functions is considered essential for success in the Supervisor role. 
  • Strong command of English is essential.
  • Proficiency in German, French, or Italian is required. 
  • Open mindedness and customer-focused attitude.
