Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations and workload distribution within the Customer Care / Order Management team across Europe, ensuring efficient task allocation and high service levels.
- Support and develop team members by coaching best practices and strengthening process and system knowledge.
- Handle team-related requests, and oversee onboarding, offboarding, and regular team alignment meetings.
- Manage distributor and dealer account coverage planning, including scheduling, absences, remote work, and additional support.
- Support daily order fulfillment activities, including coordination of meetings and related logistics.
Required skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Care Coordination (Order Fulfillment) or related functions is considered essential for success in the Supervisor role.
- Strong command of English is essential.
- Proficiency in German, French, or Italian is required.
- Open mindedness and customer-focused attitude.
