We are seeking a highly motivated Order & Contract Manager (Danish OR Swedish speaking) to join our client's team. This role is central to ensuring the management of contracts, compliance with company policies, and the efficient processing of customer orders. You will work closely with finance, sales, legal, and operations teams.
Main responsibilities:
Contract Management
- Maintain, update, and standardize contract templates
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and profitability
Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and legal/regulatory standards
- Stay updated on changes in laws or regulations affecting contracts
- Educate stakeholders on compliance and financial implications
Order Processing & Operations
- Process customer orders, terminations, and updates in ERP systems
- Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Resolve operational issues such as order discrepancies, delays, or misalignments
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, or operations
- Strong understanding of legal, financial, and operational processes
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and digital workflow tools is a plus
- Intermediate Swedish or Danish language skills
- Fluent English
