Please note that this is a maternity cover position, offering a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension!
Main responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging digital learning solutions
- Own end-to-end development of e-learning content (modules, videos, simulations)
- Identify needs and create targeted training
- Build interactive, learner-focused experiences that drive engagement
- Apply modern tools and trends to create high-quality learning solutions
- Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and innovation in learning services
Required skills:
- University degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design or a related field
- Bring solid experience in digital learning production and training development
- Confident user of e-learning tools and multimedia/design softwares - especially Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Understand instructional design principles and modern learning technologies
- Managing projects end-to-end and working effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Working proficiency in English
Advantages:
- Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus (e.g French, German, Spanish)
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Vyond are nice to have
