Please note that this is a maternity cover position, offering a 2-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension!
Main responsibilities:
- Run end-to-end learning operations, ensuring smooth and efficient training delivery
- Act as the go-to partner for stakeholders, working closely with HR and the business
- Manage the LMS (Cornerstone), keeping learning content, data, and processes accurate and up to date
- Handle enrolments, track completions, and provide clear, reliable reporting
- Ensure high-quality, compliant learning processes while continuously improving services and user experience
- Support learning projects, training plans, and the development of innovative learning solutions
- Coordinate external trainings (vendors, purchase orders, invoices) and manage learning tools/licenses
- Maintain visibility on training costs and performance
Required skills:
- Degree in Business, HR, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or learning administration (incl. internships/junior roles)
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Confident user of Excel/Office with basic reporting and data handling skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable way of working
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Working proficiency in English
