We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join a vibrant, international agri-tech team.

Main responsibilities:
- Respond to dealer requests via phone, email, and chat with clear, efficient solutions
- Monitor orders, manage stock, and address urgent operational issues
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and sales teams to resolve shipping issues, returns, and claims
- Maintain accurate dealer records, update orders, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support peak periods and seasonal programs to maintain excellent service levels
Required skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B commercial support or order management
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with Salesforce or OASIS is a plus!
