 We are currently seeking a Polish and English-speaking Order Management Specialist to join a dynamic, international Shared Service environment in Budapest. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad dealer network, manage end-to-end order processes, and collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams.
If you have hands-on experience in order management or dealership support and enjoy working in a multinational environment where proper coordination is key, this position offers long-term stability and professional growth within an innovative global organisation in agriculture.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end order management support to partners
  • Monitor and follow up on back-orders, ensure proper stock allocation
  • Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Work closely with Logistics and Shipping to resolve freight issues, support the returns and claims process and supplier invoicing
  • Ensure continuous compliance with internal policies, controls, and service standards

Required skills:

  • Relevant work experience in order management / logistics / supply chain / B2B commercial support
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Confident communication and organizational skills
  • Open for occasional travelling within Europe (for training purposes)

Advantages:

  • Experience in using Oasis / SAP / Salesforce is beneficial
  • Experience in international process transitions is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian / German is a plus
