The Budapest office plays an important role in supporting regional business operations and shared service activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Support daily import and export activities, including customs clearance and documentation review
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariff classification, and origin requirements
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to ensure timely shipments
- Maintain accurate customs and trade records aligned with legal and internal standards
- Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance-related improvements
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams on operational matters
- Support audits and internal reviews by preparing relevant trade documentation and data
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, international trade, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of experience in customs, import/export operations, or trade compliance
- Good understanding of customs procedures and documentation
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and independent working style
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
