Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the order management process end-to-end for B2B clients
  • Maintain accurate customer and material master data
  • Process and follow up on customer orders
  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims professionally and efficiently
  • Support invoicing and related financial processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across teams

Required skills:

  • Business fluency in Polish and at least intermediate English knowledge
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-related role within a multinational environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Openness to process improvement
