Main responsibilities:

  •  Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering Level 1 IT support.
  •  Manage and resolve requests received via email, phone, and ticketing systems. 
  •  Ensure end-to-end case ownership and customer satisfaction. 

Required skills:

  •  Fluent in German, with at least upper-intermediate English proficiency.
  •  Prior experience in an IT support role is required.
