
We are looking for a Commercial Controller to join a leading global agricultural machinery company. If you have 4–5 years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, or sales operations, this is your chance to own a high-impact role driving margin, pricing, and profitable growth across Europe’s Harvesting business.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze discount reserves across markets and program types, providing insights to regional leadership.
- Ensure discount programs align with corporate pricing policies and financial objectives.
- Monitor discount usage to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Improve discount tracking and approval processes, supporting automation and digital tools.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate and optimize new discount initiatives from a financial perspective.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 4–5 years’ experience in commercial finance, pricing, or sales operations, ideally in a multinational B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and functions.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (~10%).
