
We are looking for a high-impact finance professional to drive the future of Europe’s Harvesting business. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, commercial strategy, and pricing excellence. You will turn complex data into insights, lead forecasting and planning, and influence decisions that boost margin, price realization, and profitable growth. From plant floor to sales strategy, your work will shape the performance of cutting-edge harvesting equipment.
Main responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Own the full USD 180M P&L for the European business.
- Lead monthly close, forecasting, and annual planning; deliver clear, executive-ready performance insights.
Manufacturing & Operations Partnership
- Partner with plant and operations teams on standard costing, variances, scrap, absorption, and inventory.
- Support productivity, footprint, and make/partner decisions with quantified financial scenarios.
- Track and validate cost-out initiatives to ensure measurable P&L impact.
Pricing & Commercial Excellence
- Lead pricing and discount analytics (list vs. net, deal margins, price realization).
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to protect margin and drive profitable growth.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on competitive and market dynamics.
Profitability & Portfolio Optimization
- Build model-level profitability transparency and advise on portfolio and value-based pricing decisions.
- Develop executive dashboards to highlight trends, risks, and priorities.
Governance & Influence
- Ensure financial integrity and strengthen processes across sites and brands.
- Influence senior stakeholders with clear narratives and quantified options.
Required skills:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Pricing Analytics.
- Strong grounding in:
- Manufacturing finance (costing, variances, inventory)
- Commercial finance (pricing, margin analysis)
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate data and influence decisions.
- German language skills are an advantage.
