Our international partner is seeking a Transport Operations Specialist to take ownership of domestic, international, and intercompany shipments. Main responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate transport flows to meet customer demand and shipment schedules
- Communicate seamlessly with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
- Manage shipments end-to-end, including documentation and invoice processing
- Monitor key performance metrics such as delivery punctuality, load utilization, costs, and service quality
- Work closely with global suppliers on capacity, pricing, and operational improvements
- Optimize efficiency and sustainability by maximizing loads, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in transport or logistics management
- Solid knowledge of export/import flows and international shipping practices
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comfort with ERP systems, logistics platforms, and advanced Excel skill
- Fluency in English, adaptable mindset, and a customer-focused attitude
